Returns Policy


We will always make sure you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return your item to us, we will refund you the full amount you paid for the item, minus the cost of postage. Unfortunately, this guarantee does not include made to measure curtains and blinds.Click here for more contact options. In order to make sure your refund process runs smoothly we would recommend you follow the following return procedure
  1. Send us an email at the following address subject Return informing us that you wish to return your purchase and a reason for your return. We promise to get back to you within  48 hours during the week and 72 hours at the weekends with instructions for your return. We will provide you with a return address which will be different depending on your purchase. Returns sent to the business address or sent without a pre-return email cannot be processed and will not be accepted as we are unable to process returns or refunds at the business address. 
  2. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging. If the products are faulty, we will fully refund your order and the cost of return postage. Please make sure you have proof of postage.
If the returned goods are found not to be faulty, unfortunately we cannot refund the return postage cost but we will work with you to reach an agreement if you are still not happy because satisfied customers are incredibly important to us! We will not refund any shipping costs unless the goods are faulty.

PLEASE NOTE - All of our Curtains and Blinds are Custom made, therefore we cannot accept returns unless for a manufacturing fault made on our behalf.
We are unable to accept returns on Fabric by the Metre. Please ensure you order a swatch to check colour and fabric prior to placing an order for fabric.
COLOUR DISCREPANCY - Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for colour discrepancy because the exact colours of the products on our website will differ depending on the device and resolution you view them on. Therefore, we recommend that you request a fabric sample to ensure that you are happy with your choice of colour and texture before purchasing the complete product.
